Breakfast Muff | The Old Hairdressers

Breakfast Muff do punk right. In two minutes or less trio rattle off frayed rebuffs against everything turgid and backward with the raw indignation of The Stooges or early Sleater Kinney. Sometimes what’s eating them is political, be it fraud feminists or the self-righteous, ladder-pulling older generation, while other times it’s actually just what they’re eating (see “Pizza”, “Raspberry Pavlova”). Either way it kicks off like matchsticks in a microwave.
