A NEW VEGAN BAR & KITCHEN TO OPEN IN EDINBURGH
Harmonium opens it's doors on Friday 23rd June and it's set to bring a whole new experience for people living in the capital. The importance of the bars run by Craig Tannock in Glasgow cannot be underestimated, they have been at the heart of the development of Glasgow's impressive vegan scene so, with this news of a new place in Edinburgh, the capital is certainly in for a treat.
Situated in Leith, Harmonium is, "commited to providing animal free produce, a better environment and a fantastic place to eat, drink, meet friends, whatever!"

With Leith's rich history, Harmonium looks to honour that with inspiration to carry through into the new menu, created by Mono’s recently departed head chef VSO Henderson, who will also be leading the new kitchen. The menu nods its head to the area's rich nautical heritage in amongst newly styled old favourites.
For those who enjoy their tipple, the drinks menu has also been carefully considered and will come in all shapes and sizes, but true to the ideals behind Harmonium. The bar will be built around an array of classic cocktails, well but simply made, organic & biodynamic wines and a well-rounded range of beers & ales, although not too many to scare you off. If that doesn't entice you down to the docks, we don't know what will.
Harmonium will officially open its doors at 4pm on Friday 23rd June. We'll see you down there!
